Founder. Jay's home is in the mountains of North Georgia, and he's been married for over 30 years.  Jay has a love for the outdoors and have a lifelong passion for mentoring teens to live their full potential. Jay has extensive experience working with teens from wildlife camps to the Boys and Girls Club of America.  His goal is to inspire all people to feel a sense of purpose and know that they make a difference in the world.

Captain. Garrett Braun is an educator, leader, and visionary dedicated to creating a strong and vibrant future for the people of the Front Range community and the land they love.

 He is a passionate advocate for the empowerment of young people - because he knows that they are already becoming the stewards, leaders, and teachers of tomorrow. He’s spent the last 10 years honing his expertise in the fields of outdoor education, rites of passage, mentoring, and community building.
